Updated retail certificates for sales tax exemption are due Friday May 26th. If Master Spas does not have these certificates for all states requested, then sales tax will be charged for all spas AND parts shipped from the factory. You should have received two emails from ecm-bulk-upload@avalara.com to upload your retail certificates. You will need to upload twice, once for your parts accounts, and once for your spa account.
