How to find your Serial Number


Your Serial Number can be found on hot tubs, swim spas and cold tubs in two places, the water level label, and the model listing plate.

  • Water Level Label
    • This label is placed on the inner shell of the product to help show appropriate water filling levels, typically placed near where the filter(s) are located.

  • Model Listing Plate
    • Located behind the front cabinet panel (where the equipment is located), a plate with the serial number, model number and electrical information will be mounted near control or components. You will need to remove the skirting panel to access this plate.


For saunas, your Serial Number can found on the model listing plate mounted on the back, lower corner of the sauna.
